These Terms of Service govern your use of halfoffpestcontrol.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or booking service through it, you agree to these terms.

What this Site does

The Site lets homeowners in our service area view pre-negotiated flat rates for recurring residential pest control, choose a plan, select a first-visit appointment window, and electronically sign a service agreement. Pest control service is performed by a licensed, insured third-party pest control company assigned to your address (the "Provider") — not by halfoffpestcontrol.com. Your service relationship, including billing, scheduling changes, and the performance of treatments, is with the Provider.

Booking and the service agreement

Your booking is governed by the service agreement you review and e-sign during checkout, including its pricing, 6-month minimum commitment, early-cancellation fee, and re-treatment terms. If these Terms and your signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls. No payment is collected on this Site; the Provider bills you directly, monthly, plus applicable sales tax. An adult (18 or older) must be present at the property during the first service visit.

Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate contact and address information and to sign only on your own behalf (or with authority to bind the household you're booking for). We may decline or cancel bookings with inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

Pricing

Rates shown on the Site are flat monthly rates pre-negotiated with Providers, exclusive of applicable sales tax. Rates and availability may change; the rate in your signed agreement is the one that applies to your plan.

Communications

By booking you consent to receive service-related emails. If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is used and shared.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false bookings, probing or disrupting the Site's operation, or scraping other users' information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, halfoffpestcontrol.com disclaims all warranties, and its total liability arising from the Site is limited to $100. Treatment outcomes, service quality, and re-treatment obligations are the Provider's responsibility under your service agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
